Sales Agent Opportunity: Home Office

The Novism Organization is currently expanding in seeking out individuals that may achieve an unlimited potential of income based on their sales experience and contributions.

We are currently seeking out individuals that can research the market for venues that are in line and in synchronization with services we offer. They would be in charge of researching venues within their own location or worldwide. Sales agents can work from the comfort of their own homes or home offices. This may (most likely) provide a tax bracket for sales agents, allowing them to keep more of the wages earned. This is usually a very good situation for individuals who begin to earn a higher sum of money.

Sales agents are given the task to promote Novism Synergy resources and online representation using the tools generated by The Novism  Organization.

Sales agents maintain their own schedules and disciplines, providing them with a more comfortable approach of creating their own hours and being in control of their own income status.

Compensation:

We have an unlimited compensation plan, allowing you to earn as much as you desire based on your own efforts. Details will be disclosed upon acceptance of application.

There is a three tier system allowing you to achieve growth and higher potential. Most individuals will begin at Tier 1 and gradually, based on their efforts in understanding of Novism Synergy, may grow to support their own Sales team, allowing them to earn more income.

Qualifications:

    • Must be trainable
    • Must be reliable
    • Must be able to follow-up with venues

    • Knowledge of Microsoft office products a plus
    • Must be able to handle contract submissions
    • Must have reliable Internet (high-speed access)
    • Must have their own computer system
    • Experience with general concept of Internet web hosting A plus but not necessary (training available)
    • Able to maintain a good appearance
    • Able to maintain a positive and open attitude towards all venues
    • Must be caring of others' experiences and attitudes
    • Able to see the bigger picture when speaking to venues
    • Able to access online courses

 

Definition of Tier 1, 2, and 3

Tier 1: Tier 1 is an entry-level position and allows individuals to understand Novism Synergy Concepts and ideas. It also allows an interface with The Novism Organization and venues if the need should arise. This is basically considered the training ground for any individual entering as a sales agent.

Contracts will be looked over by The Novism Organization as well as content submitted.

Normally we expect a Tier 1 sales agent to require a little one to one training.

 

Tier 2: Tier 2 is a secondary level position. Individuals in this position fully comprehend the Novism Synergy Concepts and ideas. Within this level of entry the sales agent has full access to the organizational materials, resources, and venues.

Venue Lock-in (otherwise known as client lock-in) is established. This means that the venue and the sales agents have a one-to-one relationship. Because of this relationship the Tier 2 sales agent is awarded additional percentages based on the subscription of the venue.

Normally we expect a Tier 2 sales agents to be more independent in their work than Tier 1 agents.

Knowledge Base: Within this entry-level Tier 2 sales agents may access the knowledge base and update processes that may better enhance their abilities to become Tier 3 Sales Agents.

 

Tier 3: Tier 3 is a managerial level position, where sales agents have access to their own sales team, allowing a Tier 3 manager to achieve  an additional source of income based on the level of performance of their managed team.

 

Website Recognition:

An online profile of each sales agent will be kept  in order to facilitate venues with recognition and identification. Profiles will be provided by the sales agent. This allows the venue to establish a greater method of credibility. Sales agents are urged to use this tool as a "soft" tool in order to assist with relationship building.

The Novism Organization is primarily an online organization. After careful research of the growing industries, weather patterns, traffic patterns, and other factors, The Novism Organization has created online resources so that we can afford giving the opportunity for individuals to work from their home office. After careful research we believe this is a win-win situation for both venues, clients, and the Corporation.

It also offers the ability of an affordable means for sales agents to maintain with current software and rapid response time.

Online support is available both for sales agents and clients, so that question-and-answer sessions can be achieved quickly and with rapid response time.
