Why online?
Novism uses many online resources due to the scope of the project. In order to reach as many people as we would like to reach, it is important that we use as many online resources as possible. For many individuals this dramatically reduces the cost and time. For others it allows them to be able to work from the comfort of their own home. More importantly, it gives you a preview of the methods and procedures of the organization.
One of the most wanted jobs on the market now are the ones that allow individuals to have a peace of mind, high paying opportunities, and more flexible time.
Novism Synergy provides this support and much more.
Tips for your interview:
Tip No. 1: Novism Synergy is a nonprofit organization seeking individuals that are generally happy and "in the service of others."
Tip No. 2: Be yourself. Novism Synergy employees are the best in character and hand picked. Unlike many companies who may shy away from home makers or individuals trying to get their foot in the door, Novism Synergy is mostly looking for individuals that can show they are eager to learn and try new things. Most often people, fearful that they will say the wrong thing or act the wrong way, tend to have a conflict within their personality. This means that your subconscious mind will interfere with your displayed behavior and create a disharmony in your appearance. This is not a good thing. This is why we ask you to be yourself and act casually.
Tip No. 3: We are more interested in what you want out of life than what we want. Is that odd? Not really. By understanding your concerns first, we can work around your schedule and your needs and even offer some courses that will help you achieve a good rapport with Novism Synergy.
Tip No. 4: It is important to understand that Novism Synergy is a Non Compete Zone. This means that our goal is to help provide services and disclose information that may be pertinent to the success of others. The Synergy Team (Team Novism) works together with its people and offers a variety of points of view in order to help you achieve your way through life.
Tip No. 5: If Synergy does not accept your services, it may be due to corporation reasons and location. We may contact you again when something becomes available.
Tip No. 6: Leave the guilt and anger at home. Most individuals have a bad day and then cannot shake it loose. Allow yourself a good half hour of meditation before you commence your video conference. If all else fails let us know that you had a bad day upfront.
Who can interview online?
The prerequisites for an interview are as follows:
1. You have viewed the online presentation of our products and services.
2. You have applied via our online application.
3. You have been accepted for an interview.
4. You have received an email and responded to what date you will be available for an interview.
5. You have received a secondary interview notice via email verifying the corrected date and time along with our interviewers Skype, ooVoo ID, or other means of communication.
There are basically two software packages that we use for interviews and one to one training. We feel that by using this software it further trains you on how to conduct business from your home whenever possible. By introducing you to the software early we can begin training you for success.
ooVoo is very easy to use and it is free. It will allow up to a party of three to communicate for free.

Skype is another preferred program which we use for online interviews. However, since Skype only allows for two parties to interview each other, we use this method the least when there is a need for other individuals to participate in an online interview.

2. Once you have installed Skype onto your computer, add the contact name supplied to you via email.
Note: Skype is a free software, offering you the ability to connect online, chat, and do video conferencing. Although Skype has several different packages, we only require or request that you use the free version.
