Hype VS Smart
To know if you have achieved your goals you may have to first accomplish them, unless you are savvy. Most people beat their bodies with rigorous exercise instead of comprehending what is required.

Wellness is not Fitness as Rich is not Wealthy
Wealthy, on the other hand, is a term for those individuals that can live a longer period of time on the income that they have; therefore, they have wealth. You could, however, be rich and wealthy at the same time.
So it stands to reason that there is a very large distinction between being fit and being healthy. Most individuals do not realize that by the time you feel symptoms in your body, the case is almost lost. In the case of flu or a bacterial infection, the body and the immune system attempts to defend the body. However, you are talking about tiny little forms of life. These tiny little forms of life enjoy spawning, eating, and leaving their waste products within the body.
A body that is unwell chemically, nutritionally, or energetically can only fight off so much of these tiny little forms of life. Therefore, medically proven, you have been infected a long time before the symptoms actually arrive. In this manner, it is better to adhere to the saying, "The best defense is no need for defense at all."
You think we're crazy?
Think of it this way: A rich man will have to deal with a lot of bills, salespeople, and those trying to take his money. But a wealthy man will already understand how to avoid all those issues, so he'll never have to deal with those issues in the first place.
In the very same way, a healthy body and mind would not have to worry so much about these "pesky" but lovable forms of life trying to invade and move in on your territory.
We feel that this so-called "real estate" belongs to you.
A Word on Antibiotics:
As clever as the pharmaceutical industry attempts to be, antibiotics do not know the difference between good bacteria and bad bacteria. In keeping with Novism philosophies, it is important to understand that the word "good" and the word "bad" are perspective words. However, let's face it, if you want to live a healthy life, I would assume that you would be more inclined to use the word "bad" for those pesky lifeforms.
But did you know that your body has between 300 trillion 500 trillion bacteria cells? Did you also know that without these 300,000,000,000,000 to 500,000,000,000,000 bacteria cells your body cannot function? We purposely placed this number so that you can understand the magnitude of what we're discussing. Imagine having that much money. I ask you would you be rich? Or would you be wealthy?
The human body is a symbiotic life form. This life form requires other lifeforms to live within it so they can function properly.
When doctors prescribe an antibiotic, it attacks all bacteria. It also is an invasion of the body's immunological system which means there will be side effects (most likely -insert legal clause).
Therefore it is very common for someone is fighting off a bacterial infection to be "more sick" than the actual infection.
Let's move on to another topic.
Did you know that your heart actually has no dendrites?
Do you know what this means?
This means that your heart, which by the way was the first living organism developed within the body upon conception, actually has the same neuron dendrites as the brain. However, it is the brain that is the place of judgment on all the things that we do and all the things that we say. The heart does not judge, but it does think.
