Online Help Desk: Novism understands that some of your harder questions are often discovered while you are offline and away from your tutors and teachers. We have implemented an online Help Desk, where you can write out your questions and concerns. Our Help Desk Staff will review your ticket and respond to you as soon as there is an answer available to you.
Online Database: We also provide a FAQ database that can assist you with many of the easier questions so you can get on your way as soon as possible.
Call In: You can also call in and speak to your tutor within our normal business hours to assist you with some of your immediate questions.
Email: All Novism Tutors' email accounts are checked several times throughout the day to insure you a rapid response to your questions and needs.
