What You Don't Know

Ignorance Can Kill You

Novism Synergy Concepts is dedicated to giving you the truth. We feel a that healthy lifestyle choice begins with having all the information needed so that people can consciously choose what is best for them.

The assumption is that people in authority know better and have it out for our best interest. The truth is, the information we need to have optimal health has been distorted.

Not only has it been distorted, but it has been passed down for so long that it's pointless to chalk this up to a conspiracy theory and put the blame solely on doctors, the government, and other "Big Brother" figures.

This is because they are taught the same misinformation in medical schools. For example, out of the 10-15 years spent in medical school learning about medicines, pharmaceuticals, and the human anatomy, only about 30 minutes to an hour are dedicated to nutrition and natural remedies to prevent most ailments. Because of belief systems and the investment of so much time and energy and money into becoming a doctor, doctors usually insist on advocating and giving their patients the information they know (which is the misinformation).

This has been going on in America since the pharmaceutical industry was founded by the Rockerfellers and Rothchilds.

Since the consequences directly affect the human body and human health, it's no wonder that the results of medically inaccurate information are deadly.

Detoxification: One of the Missing Pieces to Optimal Health

Since the 1950's, the emphasis on exercise and eating from the four food groups (later dubbed the Food Pyramid) has deliberately overshadowed the idea that at least 90 essential nutrients and minerals are also needed for the body to function at its healthiest. This is because of the systematic devaluation and exclusion of the proper nutrients that were originally found in produce, dairy, grains, and meats.

While there is nothing wrong with exercise, there is a problem when the equation is left unbalanced. In other words, when the body exercises and loses nutrients through sweat, it typically does not replenish itself with the nutrients it lost. This leads to eventual deterioration.

Before we can take in nutrients, however, detox is essential to a fully functional body. When the body eats, it gradually accumulates toxins that are not fully cleared out. This in turn impedes the body's organs and cells from fully absorbing the nutrients it needs. For this reason, regular detoxification of the body is necessary so that the body's organs can function at their best and perform maximum nutrient absorption.

Systematic Devaluation of Food

Originally, America's agricultural living made it possible to eat foods that had the proper nutrients. Bread, for example was baked at home and contained bone meal. The bone meal added the necessary nutrients and vitamins to the bread and made it like a super bread. Since most people cooked food in wood fired stoves, the ashes from the wood were added to the garden soil. The ashes contains minerals needed for the human body, making fruits, beans, grains, and vegetables packed with nutrients.

Since that time, the produce grown in America has been gradually depleted of these necessary nutrients. The processed foods most Americans eat contain little to no nutrition and chemicals that break down the body. This has largely to do with the FDA and the government. Because we can no longer rely on the Food Pyramid, it is important to cleanse the body through detoxification methods before taking the proper nutrients in addition to making healthy food choices.

Fatal Stereotypes

Most ailments deemed "genetic" or "associated with the new generation's tendencies" are actually a result of malnutrition. While motivations of these theories have been a subject of hot debate, the result is the same: Systematic harm to the group that holds the stereotype. For example, the common belief that sickle cell anemia is genetic to the African American community has caused a social consciousness to develop that allows the condition to remain rampant and untreated within the African American communities.

Worse, the cost of pharmaceutical treatments keeps most individuals in a cycle of debt, worry, and poverty. And yet, the cure for sickle cell anemia has been known. Says Dr. Joel Wallach, "Sickle Cell Anemia has been cured and eliminated in animals by the Veterinarian Industry with nutritional supplement programs some 65 years ago and we are now bringing this knowledge to the Black Communities in America and in the world for the benefit of all."

If animals have enough value in America for people to research and develop the proper nutrients for their well being, then human beings, no matter what their circumstances or diversity, are worthy too.
