When you join up with Novism, you become part of the synergistic family. Since we want our clients to have access to all resources and knowledge available, you as a client receive a full support package. Here is a brief overview of the options available to you:

Helpdesk Ticketing

Our Help Desk is a database ran by expert MetaTechnicians. Simply fill out a ticket with a description of your question and send it in. Our MetaTechnicians have access to hundreds of thousands of resources, including their own expertise, and conduct thorough research to find you your answers. They will get back to you between 0-48 hours.

Live Support

Some clients feel more comfortable speaking to a live person rather than sending in a ticket. For this, we have our Live Support. This resource is also run by expert MetaTechnicians, who take the time to get you the answers and your support. They can be reached by clicking on the Live Support icon at the tops of our web pages. 

Finally, you can contact your Youngevity distributor. Since our distributors also work with the knowledge base and experts of Novism Synergy Concepts, questions about your products, your orders, your buying and shipping options, and much more can be answered by them.

All Clients and Associates will be assigned to mentor, managers, client support specialist depending on their category of enrollment.
